Are your boxes hinged, or do the lids lift off?
Chests have hinged lids. Whereas lids of all boxes lift off.

Are the lids loose or tight fitting?
The lids of boxes and chests are tight fitting. If chest has a lock then its lid is quite loose.

Do you have a retail outlets?
No, we do not have any retail outlets. We are purely internet retailer :)

Do your wooden chests have any type of dividers?
Please, assume that a product does not have any dividers unless it is specifically stated.

Are your wooden boxes/chests lined with velvet?
Some of them are. Please, see description near particular product. If it is not stated whether it is lined with velvet or not then it is not :)
